Aurora Coop Fertilizer Facility
This turnkey fertilizer facility near Central City, Nebraska was designed and constructed in 1998. The new facility included the construction of a containment system, storage tanks and a load bay. The mechanical phase was also designed and installed by SCUI. This facility is one of the most efficient, up-to-date liquid fertilizer retail/wholesale terminals in the Midwest.

Biegert Enterprises Liquid Feed Facility
This liquid feed facility was designed and constructed in 1998 near Bradshaw, Nebraska. This plant supplies a large portion of cattle feed for the Midwest. This facility is one of the most efficient and highly automated liquid feed facilities in the United States.

Central City Street Improvements
Strobel Construction has recently constructed approximately 2,800 sq. yds. of P.C. concrete street and storm sewer for the City of Central City, Nebraska. Final grade was made simple and efficient with the use of the company's laser equipment, which controls the final grade to within 3/8" of the desired elevation.

Columbus Water Treatment Facility
In March of 1999, SCUI was awarded the contract for the construction of a water treatment facility in Columbus, Nebraska. SCUI worked with HDR Engineering, Inc. on the project. The project was successfully completed on schedule, earning the approval of both City of Columbus and HDR.

Island Oasis
Strobel Construction Unlimited, Inc. constructed this concrete Lazy River in 1998, which was an expansion to the Island Oasis Water Park in Grand Island, Nebraska. Precision grading and challenging concrete formwork was demonstrated throughout this project.

Lewis Central High School
Strobel Construction completed the sitework for the new Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1999. This project required endurance as the site encountered both unusually high ground water and a "100 year flood". The project was completed on schedule allowing the construction of the $15,000,000 school to begin on time.

Terra, Inc. Fertilizer Facility
In 1996, Strobel Construction Unlimited, Inc. successfully completed the construction of this liquid fertilizer facility in Clarks Grove, MN. On behalf of the owner, SCUI worked directly with the State of Minnesota on the design of the facility to ensure compliance to all state regulations. This project is an excellent display of the type of full service we provide.

Farwell Wastewater Treatment Facility
Strobel Construction Unlimited, Inc. constructed these lagoons for the Village of Farwell, Nebraska in 1999. In addition to the lagoons, this project involved the installation of 8" PVC piping and meter installation for each residence and business in the community.
