Career Path for Field Employees
Employment with Strobel Construction Unlimited Inc. is not just a job but a career path. A person with little or no experience in construction can start out with Strobel Construction Unlimited Inc. as a general laborer and with hard work, determination and dedication, can become a Supervisor. The following is an example of that path.

LABORER:
After time and hard work in a variety of construction tasks, a person with proven capabilities can specialize in one or more trades Strobel Construction Unlimited Inc. performs.

CRAFTSPERSON:
After doing well in one or more trades, a person with responsibility and leadership skills may find themselves running a crew.

LEADMAN:
A Leadman is responsible for the production, quality of work and moral of a crew. Once a person has successfully ran a crew or crews, he or she may find themselves running a job or jobs.

PROJECT FOREMAN:
A Project Forman is responsible for making sure all aspects of the job are on schedule. He or she is also responsible for knowing the budget of that job as well as working with all employees, subcontractors and even owners. Once a person is able to successfully run more than one job, he or she can become a Supervisor.

SUPERVISOR:
Once a person becomes a Supervisor, they are responsible for all aspects of several projects that may be running at the same time. A Supervisor works with fellow employees, budgets for projects, owners, suppliers and much more.
