COMPANY BENEFITS

Motel
Strobel Construction Unlimited Inc. (SCUI) pays for single room accommodations (subject to room availability).

Travel Pay
SCUI pays minimum wage for initial mobilization to each project. Travel pay is figured based on miles traveled.

Holidays
Employees receive holiday pay after 45 consecutive days of employment.

Vacation
Employees receive one week of paid vacation after 12 consecutive months of employment, two weeks after two years and three weeks after five years.

Sick Leave
Employees receive up to two days of paid sick leave per year after 12 consecutive months of employment.

Personal Day
Employees receive one paid personal day after 12 consecutive months of employment.

Health/Life Insurance
After 6 consecutive months of full-time employment, employees are eligible for company paid health/life insurance. SCUI pays 100% of the employee's premium and offers family coverage at the employee's expense. This plan includes a $15,000 life insurance policy.

Profit Sharing (Bonus Allotment Program)
Employees are eligible for the company profit sharing plan at the completion of 6 consecutive months of full-time employment.

Safety Incentive Program
Upon employment, employees are eligible for all company wide and individual safety incentives.
